As a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Washington, I work with adult and adolescent individuals seeking to gain new insights, change unwanted patterns, and ultimately live happier, healthier, and more fulfilling lives.
I received a Master of Arts in Counseling from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL and have practiced therapy in Seattle since moving here in 2017 from Philadelphia. I am trained in evidence-based practices and utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and narrative therapy approaches, along with others.
In my free time, I enjoy gardening, playing guitar, and spending time at home with my wife, our son, our cats Hendrix and Boo, and our dog Tuna.
